2 DAY MAGIC MARINADE

THIS IS MY FAVORITE CHICKEN RECIPE, WHICH I LEARNED WHILE DOING LOW-CARB DIETING. I PREFER BONE-IN SKIN ON BREAST HALVES. YOU CAN DO THIS RECIPE WITH PORK CHOPS AS WELL.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup/ 8 oz Original Bubi’s Sauce®
  • 1 oz Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 4 large pieces 1/2 breast, bone-in skin on chicken

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Sprinkle seasoned salt on chicken pieces, all sides, let rest for 5 min. Place in large tight lidded food storage container. Add Original Bubi’s Sauce® and Worcestershire sauce. Lid and shake well till evenly coated. Place in fridge for 2 days and shake up 2 times a day. The “Magic” takes 2 days!
  2. Bake or BBQ until a meat thermometer reads min 160°F (70°C) into the thickest part.

**If baking cook skin up uncovered and use preheated oven to 350°F (175°C). Finish under broiler to darken and crispen skin for best appearance. 

***If BBQ’ing, I prefer a pellet wood bbq at 350°F starting with skin side down
