SPICY CHICKEN KAFTA

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slices of whole wheat bread or 3/4 cup bread–crumbs
  • 1 ½ lb. ground chicken
  • 1 small onion (about ½ cup)
  • 1-2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Montreal steak spice
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 oz. Spicy Bubi’s Sauce®

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place the ingredients into a food processor and pulse till course chopped and until thoroughly Transfer into a large bowl.
  2. Using wet hands, take a spoonful of mixture and make into an oval patty. Form on bamboo skewers shaping into logs. Use plastic wrap to separate layers.
  3. Refrigerate the Kaftas until ready to cook. The cold helps them set firm.
  4. Cook till internal temp is 165°F
